Texas Roadhouse will use Snagajob’s Talent Sourcing and Hiring Manager solutions to manage a more integrated and expedient hourly hiring process.

Snagajob Talent Sourcing will help Texas Roadhouse find right-fit employees by connecting the restaurant with more than 30 million registered job seekers, driving traffic to job postings through strategic employment marketing, and funneling applicants through an online application process that includes a behavioral assessment targeted for the restaurant industry.
Snagajob Hiring Manager will help Texas Roadhouse hire ‘Roadies’ faster through an integrated applicant tracking system; an interactive hiring tool that helps hiring managers plan interviews and customize interview questions across locations; and, through a joint partnership with KMS Software Company, an automated onboarding process that reduces 90 percent of new hire paperwork.
